Primeros Pasos
1 Cómo entrar How to log in
Ingresa con el correo y la contraseña de tu cuenta de distribuidor en la página de inicio de sesión de la tienda. Si es tu primera vez, contacta a tu asesor de Nano Agro para que active tu cuenta — el acceso al dashboard depende de que tu perfil tenga asignado un nivel.
Una vez adentro, verás en el menú lateral solo las secciones disponibles para tu nivel. Si algo que esperabas ver no aparece, probablemente tu cuenta necesita actualizar el nivel — pídeselo a tu asesor.
Log in with your distributor account's email and password on the store's login page. If it's your first time, contact your Nano Agro advisor to activate your account — dashboard access depends on your profile having a level assigned.
Once inside, the side menu will show only the sections available for your level. If something you expected to see is missing, your account level probably needs updating — ask your advisor.
2 Los niveles de acceso Access levels
Cada cuenta tiene un nivel que determina qué partes del dashboard puede ver. De más a menos acceso: Superadmin, Gerente, Distribuidor, Cliente+ y Cliente. No necesitas memorizar los nombres — el menú solo muestra lo que te corresponde.
- Distribuidor y superior ven Reportes y Marketing en vivo.
- Cliente y Cliente+ ven el Asistente IA y sus propios Expedientes.
Each account has a level that determines which parts of the dashboard it can see. From most to least access: Superadmin, Manager, Distributor, Client+ and Client. You don't need to memorize the names — the menu only shows what applies to you.
- Distributor and above see live Reports and Marketing.
- Client and Client+ see the AI Assistant and their own Files.
3 El menú lateral The side menu
El menú a la izquierda agrupa el dashboard en secciones: Reportes (ventas, mapa, marketing) y Herramientas (Asistente IA, Diseño de Ensayo, Expedientes). Haz clic en cualquier sección para abrirla.
El botón de modo oscuro y el selector de idioma, cuando estén disponibles, viven en la parte superior del panel.
The menu on the left groups the dashboard into sections: Reports (sales, map, marketing) and Tools (AI Assistant, Trial Design, Files). Click any section to open it.
The dark mode button and language switch, where available, live at the top of the panel.

1 Asistente IA AI Assistant
Un asistente conversacional entrenado con el conocimiento de Nano Agro: preguntas sobre productos, dosis, aplicación y recomendaciones agronómicas generales. Está disponible para todos los niveles de cuenta.
A conversational assistant trained on Nano Agro's knowledge: questions about products, dosage, application and general agronomic recommendations. Available to every account level.
2 Expedientes Files
Guarda el historial de ensayos y formularios de campo asociados a un lote o cliente. Lo que ves aquí depende de tu nivel: Superadmin ve todos los expedientes de la red; Gerente y Distribuidor ven los de su región; Cliente y Cliente+ ven únicamente sus propios formularios.
Stores the history of trials and field forms tied to a plot or customer. What you see here depends on your level: Superadmin sees every file in the network; Manager and Distributor see their own region's; Client and Client+ see only their own forms.
