AMEN JUICE™ OCST Seed Treatment

Seed treatment with natural saponins for nematicidal and fungicidal effects, and wetting properties that optimize water distribution and absorption. Includes polyphenols and hormone regulators for root vigor and superior germination rates.

Intelligent Absorption

The cationic biopolymer with natural saponins improves the seed's hydrophilicity, ensuring rapid and uniform water absorption. It promotes synchronized and homogeneous germination, reducing drought stress and improving initial vigor.

Microbial Synergy

It acts in the spermatosphere, promoting beneficial microbes and creating a protective microenvironment that suppresses fungi, bacteria, and nematodes. Natural saponins improve coating adhesion and treatment uniformity.

Defense and Vigor

It penetrates the seed and activates antioxidant enzymes that strengthen resistance to pathogens and drought. It stimulates Systemic Acquired Resistance (SAR) and promotes vigorous and resilient germination.

PROTECTIVE MICROENVIRONMENT

It diffuses into the spermosphere, promoting beneficial microbes with chitinases that fight fungi, bacteria, and nematode eggs.

DEFENSES ACTIVATED

It penetrates the seed to elicit antioxidant enzymes against biotic (pathogens) and abiotic (drought, salinity) stress. It reduces ROS and strengthens cells.

SUPERIOR HYDROPHILIA

Attracts water uniformly via the biopolymer's hydrophilicity for synchronized germination and homogeneous emergence.

TURBO GROWTH

It regulates hormones (auxins, cytokinins), maximizes chlorophyll and photosynthesis; expands roots and captures nutrients for vigorous and robust biomass.

AMEN JUICE™ OCST Seed Treatment

Restore natural vitality to your seeds with AMEN JUICE™ OCST, a bioactive technology that integrates natural saponins and cationic biopolymers to optimize germination, strengthen root vigor, and activate natural defenses against biotic and abiotic stress.

AMEN JUICE™ OCST Seed Treatment

An advanced formulation designed to activate seed physiology and modulate its microbial environment from the first contact with the soil.

AMEN JUICE™ OCST transforms the germination process into a controlled biochemical event, where natural saponins act as multifunctional biostimulants and cationic biopolymers as molecular vectors that regulate nutrient availability and growth signals.

  • Early Biochemical Activation: Stimulates enzymatic pathways related to cellular respiration, protein synthesis, and energy (ATP), accelerating the seed's transition from dormancy to active germination. This early metabolic boost allows for more uniform emergence, even under low temperature or osmotic stress conditions.
  • Targeted Microbial Interaction: Promotes the colonization of beneficial rhizospheric microorganisms such as Bacillus and Trichoderma, creating a competitive environment that suppresses phytopathogenic fungi without disrupting the symbiosis with mycorrhizae. This fosters a stable symbiotic relationship, improving soil efficiency in biological nitrogen fixation and phosphorus mineralization.
  • Selective Hormonal Regulation: This promotes the expression of natural phytohormones such as auxins, gibberellins, and cytokinins, balancing cell division and elongation. The result is a more branched root architecture and a higher absorption surface area, improving the root-to-stem ratio and the crop's adaptation to different soils.
  • Metabolic Resilience: It induces the synthesis of secondary metabolites (flavonoids, terpenes, phenols) that act as antioxidant protectors and natural osmotic agents. These molecules strengthen cell membranes against oxidation and improve photosynthetic efficiency and tolerance to heat stress.
  • Agronomic Compatibility: It can be integrated into mechanized or manual planting programs, and is compatible with biological treatments, low-dose fungicides, and controlled fertigation systems. Its biodegradable and non-phytotoxic profile makes it suitable for certified organic systems and precision agriculture.

The importance of pH in the application

pH range
Condition
Effect on seeds (cationic biopolymer + natural saponins)
Validation
< 4.0
Excessively acidic
High risk of phytotoxicity and damage to embryonic tissues. May alter the integrity of the protective film and reduce seed viability. The biopolymer remains protonated, but excessive acidity degrades the saponins and their surfactant action.
5.0 - 5.5
Moderately acidic (optimal for OCST)
Ideal range. The cationic biopolymer retains its positive charge and solubility, ensuring homogeneous adhesion to the skin and controlled release of active compounds. The saponins maintain their stability and antimicrobial effect.
6.0 – 7.0
Stable for seed, but reduces cationic charge
The biopolymer begins to lose partial protonation, slightly decreasing its antimicrobial effect and the uniformity of the coating. Even so, the seed germinates with normal vigor if applied immediately.
!
< 7.0
Alkaline (not recommended for biopolymer)
The biopolymer loses its cationicity and precipitates more quickly, resulting in a less uniform film. This reduces the adhesion of saponins and the efficiency of the treatment. It can decrease germination or cause irregular water absorption.
