Moderately acidic (optimal for the biopolymer)
Ideal range: the biopolymer remains soluble and highly cationic, ensuring maximum biostimulant and antimicrobial functionality. It promotes nutrient absorption and is optimal for foliar and root applications.

Optimal for the soil (not for the biopolymer)
This is a stable condition for most crops, but above pH 6.2 the biopolymer begins to lose protonation. Its solubility and effectiveness decrease, although crop germination remains adequate.

Alkaline
The biopolymer loses almost all of its cationic properties and activity. Its solubility drops rapidly, and its antimicrobial and biostimulant effects disappear. It can slow nutrient absorption and impair vigor.
